Close to the wineries, the Hunter Resort is a clean, comfortable place to stay.
The Hunter Valley Gardens are a "must see". Food is good, but expensive. In the San Martino, although excellent, bought only the fish or beef, etc with sides of vegetables another each. My partner's comment "where's the rest of it?".
